DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS

• A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the service fee for ALL Bookings is required to secure a booking & are payable via BEEM. The remaining amount of the service fee must be paid at the START of the booking via BEEM or CASH.

• ALL bookings (excluding FMTY) must be made 72 HOURS or more in advance (as much notice as possible is preferable!)!

• FMTY bookings must be made 2 WEEKS or more in advance (as much notice as possible is preferable!)!

• Please view my Cancelation Policy & In-Person Booking Terms when scheduling a Booking.

• A confirmation Text or Email will be forwarded immediately on confirmation and acceptance of booking once screening is completed.

• Please complete ALL Required* fields. - Booking requests containing inaccurate and/or fraudulent information in the Contact Form &/or Booking Form below WILL NOT be considered!
